What you will do

• Translate operational processes across partners and systems into clear product requirements handling edge cases and peak loads.
• Build systems for reliable inflow predictions, anticipating bottlenecks and adapting to constraints.
• Prioritize work based on customer impact from operational issues.
• Own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for scalable operations in partnership with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations teams, driving alignment via OKRs tied to growth goals.

Requirements

• Several years in product management owning operational, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics products at scale
• Strong commercial instinct with unit economics, throughputs, and logistics mechanics
• Deep understanding of real-world operations in automotive, warehousing, fulfillment, or last-mile
• Analytical skills with tools like Looker for data analysis and hypothesis testing
• Outstanding English communication skills (German is a strong plus)
• End-to-end ownership, detail-oriented, outcome-driven
