Location: Hybrid; must be based in the UK and able to commute to Osterley (London) or Livingston

What you will do
- Attend highly sensitive and confidential meetings to capture accurate, concise summary-style notes.
- Transform detailed discussions into clear, actionable summaries for relevant stakeholders.
- Manage general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining electronic filing systems.
- Perform data verification and update HR systems and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the wider team to support objectives, such as data collation for litigation.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of employment law, specifically regarding discrimination and harassment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative support role with essential note-taking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven ability to maintain the security and confidentiality of highly sensitive material.
- Must be based in the UK to access office locations.
