What you will do

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives (M&A, divestments, transformation programs) from ideation through delivery.
• Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in close coordination with Executive Committee (ExCom) members.
• Structure and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, governance, and deliverables.
• Translate strategic vision into operational action plans supported by performance indicators.
• Identify organizational, operational, and human impacts and lead change management efforts.
• Provide regular, structured reporting to senior management and the ExCom.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading large-scale strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
• Proven background in management consulting and/or complex, international environments.
• Strong experience in change management.
• Fluent English required.
• Must be based in London, UK.
