What you will do

• Implement strategic decisions and further develop relationships with main clients in EMEA, Asia, and LatAm.
• Identify new areas of growth by analyzing market, financial, and solvency reports.
• Perform data analysis to assist the Head of Strategic Reinsurance in defining and executing client strategies.
• Collect market intelligence to identify new business opportunities around Strategic Reinsurance Solutions.
• Create client dashboards and prepare reports and presentations for client and broker meetings.
• Prepare pitching and training materials on Structured Reinsurance Solutions to increase market footprint.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry, with exposure to underwriting challenges.
• Strong understanding of financial and regulatory reports, including the Solvency II framework.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to formulate business recommendations from large amounts of information.
• University degree in MBA, Mathematics, or Science.
• Proficiency in English.
• Good project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
