What you will do

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on system capabilities and business needs.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate them into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, and use cases.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and grooming.
• Create Jira stories and tasks while ensuring full traceability to business objectives.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and collaborate with QA teams to support UAT activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance industry, particularly Property & Casualty.
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools and techniques.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
