What you will do

• Own the regional performance narrative, monitoring the full funnel from acquisition to revenue.
• Proactively identify regional opportunities and risks to influence business strategy via data-driven recommendations.
• Lead independent deep-dive analyses into performance changes, ambiguous trends, and root causes.
• Synthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for executive-level leadership forums.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Data Science teams to shape regional priorities.
• Develop and standardize frameworks for funnel analysis and performance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science).
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Mode, or Databricks.
• Strong understanding of funnel, cohort, and behavioral analytics.
• Must be based in London to support the hybrid work model.
