TL;DR

RevOps Planning Analyst (SaaS): Architecting the go-to-market engine by owning quota design, territory planning, and incentive structures with an accent on data-backed growth strategy. Focus on building analytical foundations for 2x-3x growth and optimizing GTM productivity through capacity modeling and strategic reporting.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in London and commit to working from the office at least 3 days a week

What you will do

  • Manage the deployment and tracking of quotas and incentive plans across the GTM organization to align with business goals.
  • Design and maintain territory maps by geography, segment, or industry to ensure efficient TAM capture.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the GTM team regarding books of business, commission discrepancies, and territory disputes.
  • Partner with Finance and Leadership to model headcount requirements and ramp-up times for future revenue milestones.
  • Drive the annual and quarterly planning cycle by building "what-if" models and analyzing historical attainment.
  • Develop and maintain "Source of Truth" dashboards for GTM productivity, win rates, and pipeline coverage.

Requirements

  • Professional background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or FP&A, specifically focused on quotas, commissions, and modeling.
  • Power user of Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to turn data into strategic narratives.
  • Ability to create structure and write playbooks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Fluency with GTM technology including Gong and Qobra.
  • High EQ and strong communication skills to explain quota and territory changes to stakeholders.
