What you will do

• Lead industry change projects, such as decommissioning legacy services, customer migrations, and Exchange Exit/Evolution.
• Act as a Telco SME, providing vital market insights to Product and Operational teams.
• Manage third-party broadband supplier relationships, including account management and due diligence.
• Conduct small-scale trials with suppliers to determine the viability of new telco products.
• Translate technical design documents into clear and actionable business requirements.
• Monitor industry regulatory changes and implement them into operational processes.

Requirements

• Experience implementing commercial programmes within Telecoms or other heavily regulated domains.
• Expertise in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Project management skills to handle complex industry projects from start to finish.
• Strong commercial acumen and data literacy to derive actionable insights from datasets.
• Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and presentational formats.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid work schedule (2 days in office).
