Senior People & Culture Business Partner (SaaS): Partnering with global leaders in Tech, Finance, and Data/AI to shape people strategy and drive organizational effectiveness with an accent on leadership development and talent management. Focus on scaling high-performance teams, solving complex employee relations matters, and enhancing the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Hybrid in Melbourne, Australia (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to Executive and Senior Leaders on organizational design, talent management, and engagement.
- Translate business priorities into scalable people strategies for global Tech, Finance, and Data/AI functions.
- Lead talent and performance processes, including goal setting, calibration, and career development.
- Design and implement programs to build leadership capability and manager effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on global employment legislation, ER matters, and people policies.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and Legal to optimize people operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR / People & Culture in a Business Partner or Advisory role.
- Proven track record of partnering with Executive and Senior Leaders across distributed global teams.
- Experience in technology or high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and change management.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (HiBob) and people analytics tools.
- Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.

- Experience supporting technical organizations such as Engineering, Product, Design, or IT teams.
