What you will do

• Evolve and manage performance management frameworks to ensure high accountability and clarity of impact.
• Guide the organization through the AI shift by redefining roles and workflows to keep the workforce ahead of the curve.
• Lead high-stakes organizational projects, including structural realignments and implementation of professional standards.
• Provide strategic sparring and alignment between the Hamburg and Warsaw hubs within a cross-functional matrix.
• Use people analytics to diagnose organizational health, optimize performance cycles, and support senior talent decisions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an HRBP in professionalized, high-dynamic tech environments.
• Proven track record of designing performance frameworks specifically for Engineering and Product organizations.
• Experience in workforce transformation, particularly evolving roles in response to technological shifts like AI.
• Structured, hands-on approach to leading complex organizational projects in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in navigating cross-location matrix structures and managing international stakeholders.
• Fluent English with the confidence to influence and challenge at the Director and VP level.
