What you will do

• Own and evolve a focused set of internal tools and integrations for CX, Sales, and Partnerships teams.
• Lead R&D and rapid prototyping to identify high-leverage solutions and operationalize them into durable systems.
• Develop production-quality frontend and backend code, including API design, resilience, and observability.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows and data-ingestion patterns such as web crawling and scraping.
• Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, Legal, and Privacy partners on responsible data handling and compliance.
• Define success metrics, instrument telemetry, and document architecture playbooks.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience building and operating production web applications.
• Expertise in modern TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Backend experience with Node.js, API design, eventing/queues, and serverless or containerized services.
• Experience with hirify.global or similar API-first CMS and composable content platforms.
• Must be based in a US state where the company is registered to do business.
• Proven ability to balance high-level system design with hands-on implementation.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with AI and LLM-based workflows and evaluation processes.
• Experience with component-based frontend architectures, design systems, and Figma.
• Familiarity with web crawling, structured content extraction, and normalization.
• Prior experience building workflow systems specifically for revenue or operations teams.
