What you will do

• Act as a technical thought leader and evangelist to ensure customer success and remove technical barriers to product adoption.
• Guide customers and prospects on best practice product usage tailored to their unique goals and infrastructure.
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to build technical frameworks and tooling for common customer problems.
• Translate customer and prospect requests into actionable technical information for Product and Engineering prioritization.
• Develop and drive an engaging, results-driven technical training curriculum to accelerate speed to value for customers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a similar technical role.
• Deep expertise in IT Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Databases, Networking) and software development.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud-native architectures, containerization, and DevOps.
• Proficiency in Linux and/or Windows administration and experience delivering API-based solutions.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.
• Superior oral and written communication skills in English.
