Salary: $174,000 - $235,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as full business owner: identify roadblocks, marshal resources, and drive complex initiatives.
• Own vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for key APM product areas.
• Drive AI strategy and deliver innovations transforming user interactions with observability data.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, data analysis, and product management.
• Become APM market expert, analyze customer needs and trends to guide strategy.
• Partner with design, engineering, marketing, support, and sales for end-to-end delivery and launches.
• Engage directly with customers for research, validation, and delightful solutions.
• Build and report on data-informed roadmaps and product metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Computer Science or technical background preferred.
• 5+ years building and launching technical products as Product Manager.
• Fierce bias for action and proactive ownership.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) for productivity.
• Ability to analyze qualitative/quantitative data for high-impact capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for clarity in ambiguity.
• Deep customer empathy and experience shipping engaging experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability products/tools, especially APM.
• SaaS product experience with developer persona.
• Enterprise B2B products.
• Public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
