What you will do

• Act as the primary product expert for enterprise and mid-market customers during the sales process.
• Synthesize patterns from customer conversations into clear product priorities and actionable roadmaps.
• Bridge the gap between the GTM (sales) organization and autonomous engineering teams.
• Collaborate with solutions engineers and AEs to ensure the product fits customer architectures.
• Equip the sales team with roadmap context, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies for enterprise offerings.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with significant experience in enterprise sales motions.
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Technical depth in infrastructure, APIs, WebRTC, telephony, or AI/ML pipelines.
• Proven ability to influence high-autonomy engineering teams through trust and clarity.
• Excellent communication skills for both board-level strategy and detailed technical discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience working at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
• Familiarity with real-time communication (RTC), WebRTC, or telephony.
• Background in AI/ML platforms or specifically voice AI.
• Experience with usage-based pricing models.
