Compensation: $104,000 - $127,000 (Total Expected Cash)

What you will do

  • Lead all aspects of the client onboarding process, including requirement collection, webinars, and initial account setup.
  • Partner with mid-market clients to align Canary's solutions with their business goals and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Manage a book of business and proactively identify growth and expansion opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, resolving pain points and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to share client feedback and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must be based in or able to work from New York, San Francisco, or Dallas (Hybrid).
  • Proven track record of guiding clients through complex technical challenges.
