What you will do

  • Own the retention and expansion strategy for 45+ SMB accounts through renewal.
  • Proactively engage customers ahead of renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in customer adoption and value realization.
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, and GTM teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Utilize AI and automation to improve output quality and execution speed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales or Customer Success.
  • Track record of success managing renewals or expansion opportunities.
  • Exceptional organization, process discipline, and objection handling skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be located in Boston, New York, or Philadelphia.
