What you will do

• Work on multiple interior design projects collaboratively and independently across various budgets and scales.
• Network and interact with clients in-store and at design events like Architectural Digest Shows.
• Achieve sales goals through design projects and presentations using hirify.global standards.
• Mentor Design Consultants, train team on layouts, house calls, and installations.
• Manage multitasking in designing, mentoring, and project oversight with minimal supervision.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Interior Design degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of interior design experience, including house calls and installations.
• Portfolio of finished projects available for review.
• Demonstrated understanding of luxury brand experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Style leader and color specialist with strong presentation skills in space planning and rendering.
