Salary: $73,500 - $147,000

What you will do
- Lead and inspire a team of claims adjusters to maximize business results and employee satisfaction.
- Oversee the auto claims process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Implement behavioral-based coaching and mentoring to improve individual and team productivity.
- Review and evaluate claims while serving as an expert resource for the auto damage team.
- Monitor claim activities and trends to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct performance evaluations and utilize reward tools to drive associate engagement.
Requirements
- Must obtain, hold and maintain a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one US State.
- 5+ years of auto claims handling experience and 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others and manage change and conflict.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claims settlement procedures.
- Proficiency with industry claims systems and vendor products such as Guidewire, Copart, ARMs, or ISO.
- Unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Insurance designations such as CPCU or SCLA.
- Previous leadership experience in total loss, coverage, and liability.
