TL;DR

Catering Director (Hospitality): Planning, coordination, and execution of all catering events while leading sales efforts to grow event revenue with an accent on member engagement and seamless event delivery. Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (onsite, full-time)

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 annually

hirify.global operates Gaillardia Country Club, a luxurious Old World-style facility with golf course and resort-style amenities.

What you will do

  • Drive catering and event sales through member engagement, prospecting, site tours, and creative proposals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Oversee event planning from concept to completion, including BEO creation, weekly meetings, and run-of-show management.
  • Lead event execution by coordinating with culinary, service, and operations teams, ensuring staffing and service standards.
  • Build member relationships, handle feedback, and elevate personalized experiences.
  • Manage administrative tasks like contracts, billing, payments, sales tracking, and event files.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of catering/event sales and management experience, preferably in private club, luxury hospitality, or high-end restaurant
  • Proven track record in sales growth and high-level event execution
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, BEO creation, event timelines, and multi-department coordination
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environment with professional appearance

  • Experience in upscale private club setting
