Salary: $156,000 - $190,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Hire, coach, and manage a team of Outbound Sales Development Reps.
- Build and iterate on a data-driven Outbound strategy to engage future customers.
- Foster a high-performance environment centered on accountability and winning as a team.
- Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member.
- Regularly report on individual and team results to leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing on key growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based within a commutable distance from Chicago.
- 2+ years of experience in Software sales as both an Individual Contributor and a Manager.
- Proven track record of 100%+ quota achievement.
- Experience building and scaling sales teams from the ground up.
- Strong ability to manage and improve Sales Development KPIs.
