What you will do

• Serve as the regional owner for IT operations in London, handling onboarding, offboarding, and asset lifecycle management.
• Design and implement scalable IT policies, standards, and repeatable operational workflows aligned with security requirements.
• Manage installations and configurations for macOS devices using Jamf.
• Administer SaaS tools, including Google Workspace and identity/access management systems.
• Partner with People, Security, and Workplace teams to identify gaps and deliver improvements to the employee technology experience.
• Mentor junior teammates and maintain high-quality technical documentation to support scale.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace at scale within growing organizations.
• Solid knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) best practices, preferably with Okta.
• Experience supporting macOS environments and managing distributed device fleets via Jamf.
• Ability to work in the London office in a hybrid setting (3 days per week).
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance.
