Location: Hybrid (Helsinki). Relocation to Finland is supported.

What you will do

• Provide IT support for employees onsite in Helsinki and remotely in other locations.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure AD, and Cloud Infrastructure (SQL, MS Dynamics).
• Manage and troubleshoot hardware including laptops, mobiles, tablets, and meeting room equipment.
• Handle IT ticketing via Jira Service Management and maintain process documentation and user guides.
• Administer network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and security settings.
• Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Jamf for iOS, and Android Device Management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT administration, security, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, user management, and group policies.
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and policy deployment.
• Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience deploying cybersecurity measures in cloud and end-user environments.
