TL;DR
IT Administrator (Microsoft Cloud and Endpoint Management): Supporting employees onsite in Helsinki and remotely across other locations while administering workplace systems, cloud infrastructure, networks, and devices with an accent on Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and cybersecurity. Focus on deploying endpoint policies, managing onboarding and offboarding, troubleshooting distributed workplace technology, and maintaining secure IT operations.
Location: Hybrid, with onsite IT support in Helsinki, Finland; remote support is provided to other locations. Relocation support and integration into Finnish society are available.

What you will do
- Provide onsite IT support in Helsinki and remote support to employees in other locations.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Enterprise Mobility and Security, Google Workspace, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Active Directory, and SQL infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, printers, tablets, mobile devices, meeting rooms, and endpoint management systems.
- Manage IT tickets, assets, licenses, shared mailbox access, inventory, purchases, vendors, and remote deliveries.
- Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, network security, and cloud infrastructure.
- Create process documentation, user guides, and Windows infrastructure setup documentation.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in IT administration, security, IT infrastructure, and end-user support.
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Google Workspace.
- Experience managing Azure Active Directory, users, group policies, and onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, policy deployment, Android device management, and Jamf for iOS devices.
- Knowledge of Jira, IT asset management, Confluence, and ITIL.
- Experience deploying cybersecurity measures across end-user and cloud infrastructure environments.
