What you will do

• Provide first and second-line support for all tech-related queries from employees.
• Administer and support business-critical applications and enterprise product rollouts.
• Prioritize support tickets based on business impact and urgency to ensure SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with external suppliers to drive problem resolution.
• Coach and upskill colleagues and leaders on the use of self-service digital enablers.
• Support audio-visual conference events and maintain accurate policy documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in tech support, service management, and helpdesk software.
• Proficiency in Google Admin, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Understanding of local area networking (LAN) and configuration of end-user devices.
• Must be based in or be able to work from hubs in Bristol, Glasgow, or London.
• Unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
