Junior IT Support Engineer (Fintech): Providing day-to-day technical support and managing IT infrastructure for SMEs within a fast-growing fintech environment with an accent on Microsoft 365 administration and JML processes. Focus on optimizing service delivery through automation, AI adoption, and maintaining high SLAs in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Location: London/South East (Hybrid/Remote)

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day IT support via deskside, telephone, and remote technologies.
  • Actively manage and prioritize the IT support queue in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Deliver Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Autopilot.
  • Support hardware including Windows laptops, Macs, mobile devices, and meeting room equipment.
  • Use ITSM tools to manage incidents, service requests, and knowledge base documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience providing desktop support both on-site and remotely.
  • Significant experience supporting Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
  • Experience working within ITSM frameworks and service delivery best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Must be based in London or the South East of the UK
