TL;DR

Client Executive Enterprise Poland (Contract-to-Perm): Lead strategic sales engagements with Poland’s largest organizations in financial services, energy, and manufacturing with an accent on partnering with C-level leaders and positioning hirify.global’s data infrastructure portfolio. Focus on orchestrating complex sales cycles, uncovering opportunities, and driving cross-portfolio adoption.

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Remote worker with future expectation of hybrid (once a week when office opens).

What you will do

  • Build and execute account strategies for enterprise customers in banking, insurance, utilities, energy, and manufacturing.
  • Develop deep relationships with business, IT, and operational stakeholders to uncover opportunities and expand footprint.
  • Lead full sales cycles: pipeline generation, qualification, solution design, pricing, quoting, and contract negotiation.
  • Partner with Solution Engineers to shape data and cloud strategies aligned to resilience, compliance, sustainability, and automation.
  • Manage multiple high-value complex deals with customer-first mindset.
  • Collaborate with partners and distributors to accelerate growth.

Requirements

  • Native-level Polish and fluent English.
  • Strong track record in enterprise sales, ideally in financial services, energy, or manufacturing.
  • Ability to engage with senior executives and translate business challenges into technology solutions.
  • Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles with high commercial impact.
  • Understanding of modern data infrastructure, cloud, hybrid architectures, and industry regulatory requirements.
