TL;DR

Senior Solutions Engineer (Auth0): Serve as technical expert in sales cycles for identity solutions, delivering demos, PoCs, architecture designs, and partner strategies with an accent on IAM protocols, security, and cloud platforms. Focus on architecting solutions for complex customer challenges, building partner relationships, and driving revenue through direct and channel sales.

Based in Warsaw, Poland. Currently remote with expectation of transition to hybrid office model (2-3 days per week).

330 000 – 484 000 PLN (annual OTE)

What you will do

  • Act as primary technical and identity expert during sales cycles for customers and partners.
  • Deliver product demos, architecture walkthroughs, and whiteboard sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Lead technical validations like Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
  • Collaborate with sales on strategies to win business and manage partner relationships.
  • Advise partners on IAM integration into their Go-To-Market strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles (pre-sales, consulting, professional services).
  • Fluency in Polish and English required.
  • Understanding of IAM concepts and protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, or related.
  • Hands-on coding experience (web, mobile, backend).
  • Experience architecting CIAM solutions.
  • AI integration expertise with Auth0.
  • Public speaking or technical blogging.
  • Other European languages.
