Sales Enablement Senior Associate (SaaS): Designing and delivering revenue enablement programs to help Sales and Customer Success teams drive revenue and reduce churn with an accent on instructional design and AI-powered tools. Focus on improving opportunity execution, strengthening pipeline progression, and scaling learning experiences globally.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (8 days per month in office). Must be eligible to work and live in Poland.

What you will do

• Design and deliver revenue enablement programs and learning initiatives to improve renewal outcomes and drive revenue.
• Apply modern instructional design principles and AI tools to create scalable learning experiences for customer-facing teams.
• Coach Sales and Customer Success executives on opportunity management and deal execution.
• Support the adoption of sales methodologies to enhance qualification and overall sales effectiveness.
• Develop initiatives focused on renewal management, expansion strategies, and churn reduction.
• Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and implement targeted enablement solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or revenue enablement within a technology company.
• Proven experience building or implementing revenue enablement or learning programs.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and opportunity management.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to design or scale learning and enablement programs.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles for adult learning.
• Must be eligible to work and live in Poland.
• Strong English proficiency required.
