What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and protocols for aerospace systems, propulsion units, and UAV payloads.
• Analyze and interpret test data to assess system performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine designs based on testing outcomes.
• Manage testing facilities and ensure all equipment is calibrated and maintained for precision.
• Lead failure investigations and develop technical solutions to enhance system reliability.
• Support field testing campaigns, including environmental and real-world operational tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with aerospace testing methodologies, including environmental, structural, or propulsion system testing.
• Proficiency in test instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with testing software such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, or Python.
• Understanding of aerodynamics, propulsion, and system integration principles.
• English proficiency is required as the primary working language.

Nice to have

• Experience with explosive testing, kinetics, or high-speed aerodynamics.
• Knowledge of aerospace regulatory requirements (DO-160, MIL-STD-810, etc.).
• Familiarity with hypersonic or high-speed flight testing methodologies.
• Experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
• Previous experience in wind tunnel or flight test environments.
