What you will do

• Own and deepen strategic relationships with USPS and other key carriers as primary point of contact.
• Act as internal quarterback coordinating carrier initiatives across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
• Lead negotiations and close complex deals with major carriers through multi-stakeholder environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on new integrations and offerings based on carrier needs.
• Drive process improvements for faster onboarding, integration, and relationship health.
• Evolve partnerships from transactional to strategic, leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years at high-growth tech companies in e-commerce/logistics; direct parcel carrier experience required
• Proven execution driving vision to results via cross-functional collaboration
• Hands-on experience building relationships with major carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
• Strong negotiation skills for complex, long-cycle deals
• Deep knowledge of domestic/global parcel carrier landscape
• Cross-functional leadership influencing without authority
