Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Map user journeys and identify friction points in conversion funnels to improve performance.
• Synthesize user feedback from reviews and research into actionable product insights.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features.
• Design and execute A/B tests and quantitative funnel analyses to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality, intuitive user experiences.
• Coordinate with the China-based engineering team, ensuring tight execution through daily overlap.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), product management, or business operations.
• Ability to maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to pressure-test hypotheses using quantitative data.
• Exceptional structured thinking and precision in communication.
• Must be located in the United States or Canada.
