What you will do

• Own and evolve consumable and credit-based economies to drive measurable improvements in user lifetime value.
• Translate ambiguous commercial problems into clear hypotheses, experiment roadmaps, and data-informed decisions.
• Design and execute end-to-end A/B tests, applying statistical rigour to monitor and interpret results.
• Build frameworks for valuing new products and features incorporating behavioural insights and scenario modelling.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Billing teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics and experimentation tools to accelerate insight generation and forecasting.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in pricing, monetization, product management, or analytics within a commercial tech environment.
• Proven track record of independently driving high-impact initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with consumables and subscriptions, ideally in gaming, tech, or dating products.
• Strong proficiency in designing and interpreting experiments and A/B testing.
• Experience using AI-powered tools and analytical techniques in daily workflows.
• Must be based in London, UK
