What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution for the Research Group, focusing on academic and enterprise research customers.
• Manage a stream-aligned team, taking full accountability for product outcomes and impact.
• Partner with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver products using test-learn-iterate loops.
• Solve complex customer problems to create new opportunities and drive commercial value for the business.
• Act as an unblocker and simplifier of complexity for cross-functional collaborators.

Requirements

• Extensive track record working embedded in technology teams alongside engineers and designers.
• Experience optimizing funnels in close collaboration with marketing or growth teams.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks, continuous discovery, and continuous delivery.
• Expertise in JTBD frameworks and vertical slicing.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-informed decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience working in scale-ups or startups.
• AI/ML training or AI/ML development experience.
• Track record of giving back to the design community.
