TL;DR

Fraud Engineering Operations Director (Fintech): Lead operational execution for Fraud Intelligence Product Line organization, bringing together Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to drive business performance and operational excellence. Focus on orchestrating operating model, managing multi-million budgets and headcount, and ensuring clear visibility into KPIs, delivery, and financials.

What you will do

  • Run day-to-day operations of Fraud Intelligence Product Line, ensuring execution against plans.
  • Facilitate monthly Fraud Business Reviews and leadership operating rhythms like staff meetings and quarterly reviews.
  • Manage financial oversight of multi-million product and engineering portfolio, including budget tracking and headcount planning.
  • Drive product and engineering execution by clearing blockers, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring accountability.
  • Track and report key metrics on product delivery, engineering throughput, and financial performance via dashboards.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in business operations, program management, or operational leadership in large-scale tech organizations.
  • Proven track record driving execution across complex cross-functional environments.
  • Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations at scale.
  • Strong operational rigor managing budgets, headcount, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills; experience with senior leaders.
  • Fluent written and oral English required.
