Salary: $71,000–$80,000 + benefits

What you will do

• Review inbound applications and evaluate qualifications to identify top candidates
• Participate in kickoff meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to align on screening criteria
• Collaborate with team to understand business needs and calibrate candidate profiles
• Coordinate early career talent programs, events, outreach, and social engagements
• Recruit for software engineer summer internships from application to onboarding
• Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years in recruiting or university program coordination
• Experience screening resumes and assessing skills
• Some technical recruiting experience with interest in software engineering profiles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS, Google Suite
• Event and project coordination skills
• Passion for education and technology
