Location: 100% onsite in Bastrop, TX; not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Relocation required if not local. Must meet ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card), refugee, or asylee.

What you will do

• Provide facility tours and overview of hirify.global history and programs
• Manage onsite interview logistics, coordinating with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring teams
• Review inbound applications, identify talent pools, and share relevant applicants with hiring teams
• Partner with recruiters to align on ideal candidate profiles
• Ensure positive candidate experiences during interviews
• Drive program management efforts to measure and track hiring efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources
• 100% onsite in Bastrop, TX; relocation required if not local
• Meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylee)
• Willing to work weekends and extended hours as needed

Nice to have

• 2+ years as recruiting coordinator, applicant reviewer, or sourcing
• Experience as a recruiter
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn about space industry
