TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (UKI): Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social outreach with an accent on raising awareness and scheduling initial discovery calls for Account Executives. Focus on managing your book of accounts, becoming a power user of Gong's platform, and providing feedback to improve SDR effectiveness.

Location: Hybrid model in Dublin - expected in office 3 days a week, UKI region.

What you will do

  • Raise awareness and generate interest for Gong via cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospects
  • Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Meet or exceed daily activity targets and manage your book of accounts strategically
  • Become a power user of Gong's platform
  • Provide feedback to SDR Managers and Sales Enablement on role improvements
  • Collaborate with team to share and learn best practices

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous prospecting experience preferred but not essential; passion for sales
  • High resilience, player mindset, strong work ethic, and coachability
  • Self-starter thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, organized team player with integrity and grit
