What you will do
- Develop and lead inbound/outbound campaigns from idea to qualified calls
- Interact with IT/business decision-makers via phone, video, LinkedIn, email
- Update lead/prospect activity in Salesforce and set qualified meetings
- Nurture early opportunities and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
- Build relationships with marketing and account executives
- Invest in self-development and handle additional tasks
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of strong sales or customer-facing experience
- Self-starter with track record of hitting/exceeding goals
- ‘Hunter’ mentality: comfortable with prospecting, cold-calling, follow-ups
- Outstanding communication skills (phone, written, active listening)
- High work ethic, drive for success, open to feedback
- Ability to work independently with time management skills
