What you will do

  • Develop and lead inbound/outbound campaigns from idea to qualified calls
  • Interact with IT/business decision-makers via phone, video, LinkedIn, email
  • Update lead/prospect activity in Salesforce and set qualified meetings
  • Nurture early opportunities and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Build relationships with marketing and account executives
  • Invest in self-development and handle additional tasks

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of strong sales or customer-facing experience
  • Self-starter with track record of hitting/exceeding goals
  • ‘Hunter’ mentality: comfortable with prospecting, cold-calling, follow-ups
  • Outstanding communication skills (phone, written, active listening)
  • High work ethic, drive for success, open to feedback
  • Ability to work independently with time management skills
