What you will do

  • Identify and generate high-quality leads through research and cold outreach using tools like 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator.
  • Manage inbound contacts and process them through CRM systems including Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Collaborate with GTM and sales teams to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and partners through active listening and communication.
  • Support demand generation and marketing activities, including event attendance and email template creation.
  • Track and report performance metrics such as lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS/PaaS or technology fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Information Technology.
  • Proficiency with sales systems like Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, and ABM tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to address objections.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Boston.
