What you will do

  • Own a book of business for enterprise and mid-market customers as the primary commercial contact.
  • Lead strategic conversations with VP and C-level marketing leaders to align on outcomes and secure renewals.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle, including renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities.
  • Create compelling narratives using performance data to demonstrate ROI and business impact.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and ensure long-term account health.
  • Forecast and close against monthly retention and expansion quotas.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of closing experience in a quota-carrying SaaS Account Management or New Business role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience leading strategic conversations with senior executives.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to translate data into business value.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
