What you will do
- Own a book of business for enterprise and mid-market customers as the primary commercial contact.
- Lead strategic conversations with VP and C-level marketing leaders to align on outcomes and secure renewals.
- Manage the full account lifecycle, including renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities.
- Create compelling narratives using performance data to demonstrate ROI and business impact.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption and ensure long-term account health.
- Forecast and close against monthly retention and expansion quotas.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of closing experience in a quota-carrying SaaS Account Management or New Business role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience leading strategic conversations with senior executives.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to translate data into business value.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree.
