Salary: $120,800 – $177,100

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of IT engineers supporting the Boston office and remote employees nationwide.
• Manage day-to-day help desk functions, including scheduling, staff availability, and escalation for complex incidents.
• Drive the execution of IT projects, initiatives, and the overall corporate IT strategy.
• Partner with IS&T leadership to ensure technology and process consistency across all company locations.
• Plan and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive team growth and success.
• Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Up to 6 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience in IT operations, service desk support, and incident management.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent standing, walking, and handling equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience with macOS and Windows endpoint management tools like Jamf, Intune, and JumpCloud.
• Familiarity with Okta, Lumos, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency with Jira Service Management, Confluence, Zoom, and Slack.
• Experience with SaaS tool management and optimization.
• In-depth experience with live event production or collaboration tooling.
