What you will do

• Provide high-level end-user support and troubleshoot hardware, systems, networking, and AV issues.
• Administer a variety of SaaS applications, including provisioning and access management.
• Collaborate with business units and overseas team members to support a global workforce.
• Manage AV hardware and software, specifically Zoom and Zoom Rooms.
• Analyze existing IT processes and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Prior experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service roles.
• Proficiency with macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android devices.
• Experience administering Google Workspace and SSO platforms (e.g., Okta, OneLogin).
• Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including occasional mornings and nights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira, Slack, Salesforce, Kandji, Intune, and VoIP telephony.
