What you will do

• Oversee daily IT systems operations and manage company-issued hardware and SaaS platforms.
• Provide escalated user support and ensure the IT Service Desk is operating effectively.
• Lead and implement IT projects and initiatives to evolve internal operations.
• Administer managed cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and monitor cybersecurity systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
• Manage IT assets effectively throughout their entire lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven success in an IT Manager or senior IT role.
• Experience managing external vendor and support provider relationships.
• Proficiency in supporting both Windows and Mac environments.
• Hands-on experience managing SaaS environments including Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian, and Zoom.
• Experience with Cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Technical knowledge of Entra ID and Intune for user and device management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks and formal ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified.
• Familiarity with automation and workflow optimization.
