Salary: $62,900 - $87,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage tickets and request fulfillment according to target SLAs and KPIs to maximize system uptime.
- Provide technical support and consultation for laptops, printers, conference rooms, office networks, and applications.
- Lead user onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring timely delivery of hardware and access.
- Act as the primary resource for key collaboration tools including Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
- Maintain and update the company Knowledge Base with professional self-service documentation and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of technical support experience within an enterprise setting.
- Extensive knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack platforms.
- Proven ability to effectively use JIRA Service Management.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and excellent written/verbal communication.
- Must be based in Tempe, Arizona for hybrid office presence.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jamf, Intune, or Meraki networking.
