What you will do

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Manage the complete device lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, and secure decommissioning.
• Administer Jamf MDM for Apple devices and BetterCloud for SaaS application governance.
• Support Fortinet VPN infrastructure and utilize CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint protection and threat detection.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and coordinate software license renewals for enterprise platforms.
• Support ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II compliance requirements and maintain comprehensive system documentation.

Requirements

• On-site presence in Chicago, IL is required for device management and facilities coordination.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience supporting macOS in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with Jamf, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, Google Workspace, and Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience with BetterCloud or Cisco Meraki cloud-managed networking.
• Basic scripting abilities in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
• Knowledge of identity management and email security platforms.
