Senior Manager, Omnichannel Enablement & Process Lead (Marketing): Leading the digital marketing transformation and omnichannel activation by synchronizing paid, owned, and in-person communications with an accent on martech integration and workflow optimization. Focus on architecting end-to-end campaign processes, designing customer journey orchestration, and driving the adoption of automation tools across the marketing organization.
Location: Must be based in South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days per week on campus). Relocation assistance is not available.
Salary: $155,200 - $288,200

What you will do
- Lead the enablement of new processes and workflows for omnichannel engagement and end-to-end campaign execution.
- Architect processes and best practices for the synchronization of paid, owned, and in-person communications.
- Ensure digital solutions and technologies, such as marketing automation and dynamic creative optimization, are integrated into marketing workflows.
- Drive process architecture, change management, and multi-modal training strategies for omnichannel activation.
- Steward and optimize annual tactical planning and campaign execution planning (CEP) processes.
- Collaborate with technology product teams to enhance owned channel capabilities (email, web, mobile/SMS) based on marketing feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of total work experience, including at least 3 years in commercial roles (marketing, sales, or customer insights).
- Experience in digital marketing or martech with a focus on marketing automation or journey orchestration.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (web analytics, BI tools, MMM).
- Experience leading large-scale marketing technology rollouts and training.
- Must be based in South San Francisco, CA to support a hybrid schedule.
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google DV 360, TheTradeDesk).
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Proven track record of creating strategic recommendations that drive business impact.
