What you will do

• Develop and maintain a risk-based internal control framework aligned with COSO best practices.
• Identify, assess, and monitor financial reporting risks and related controls across the Group.
• Conduct control testing and risk assessments to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key controls.
• Coordinate with enterprise risk management (ERM) to integrate financial risks into the overall risk register.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and accounting frameworks such as IFRS and local GAAP.
• Provide risk-focused reporting and recommendations to senior leadership and audit committees.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent).
• Demonstrable up-to-date knowledge of UK Adopted IFRS and FRS102.
• Experience working with ERP and analytics systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
