What you will do

• Produce the finance Risk and Controls Matrix (RaCM) and assist in developing internal control frameworks aligned with COSO.
• Administer the monthly balance sheet review process, including scheduling, tracking actions, and ensuring completion.
• Conduct control testing and risk assessments to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of key controls.
• Build productive relationships with Group Tax, Treasury, FPA, and Global Statutory & Compliance teams.
• Perform quality reviews within the balance sheet process.
• Support ad hoc projects as requested by the Director of Group Reporting and Head of Financial Controls.

Requirements

• Professional experience in financial controls or group reporting.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks, specifically COSO and best practices.
• Experience in managing balance sheet review and quality assurance processes.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Birmingham, GB.
