TL;DR
Partner Success Manager (Fintech): Owning performance management, retention, and expansion of dining, shopping, and travel partners with an accent on data-driven health scoring, proactive interventions, and upselling. Focus on monitoring partner metrics, segmenting coverage, onboarding new partners, and building case studies to drive value.
Location: Hybrid in Hoxton, London office (at least 3 days a week, everyone in on Mondays)
Salary: £51,397 - £67,881 annual depending on experience + £27,215 - £39,578 stock options

What you will do
- Monitor partner performance and proactively improve spend through offer structure and placement strategy.
- Own renewals, rebooking, and upsell conversations to turn one-off partners into long-term relationships.
- Segment partner book by engagement level to focus efforts on highest return.
- Onboard new partners quickly to drive member engagement from day one.
- Build case studies to improve sales conversion and attract better partners.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, partner success, or similar relationship-driven commercial role; energized by retaining and growing partners.
- Data-literate and commercially curious; comfortable analyzing performance data and acting on underperformance.
- Understanding of hospitality or dining space (or genuine excitement to learn it).
- Obsessed with partner outcomes; advocate internally and push back when needed.
- Thrives with ownership and autonomy to define the function.

Hiring process
- Stage 1: 45-min intro Zoom with VP Partnerships.
- Stage 2: 60-min case interview with take-home task on partner performance.
