What you will do
- Execute and own sports CRM campaigns for respective markets.
- Manage and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, active, reactivation) with testing and reporting to maximise KPIs.
- Own and refine sports loyalty programmes like Free Bet Club, Boost Tokens, and Price Boosts to meet retention and player value goals.
- Execute large event-based campaigns (e.g., World Cups, Euros) for acquisition and retention.
- Run ad hoc campaigns for cross-sells and sponsorship activations.
- Manage communication tools (email, SMS, push, in-app) and content creation with creative team.
- Keep Betway websites, app, and mobile site up to date and optimised.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Clear, confident communication (written and verbal) to break down complex ideas.
