TL;DR

CRM Executive (Spanish speaking, iGaming): Optimising all stages of the customer lifecycle for sports betting markets with an accent on campaign creation, segmentation, execution, and KPI reporting. Focus on managing automated lifecycles, loyalty programmes, event-based campaigns, and communication channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

What you will do

  • Execute and own sports CRM campaigns for respective markets.
  • Manage and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, active, reactivation) with testing and reporting to maximise KPIs.
  • Own and refine sports loyalty programmes like Free Bet Club, Boost Tokens, and Price Boosts to meet retention and player value goals.
  • Execute large event-based campaigns (e.g., World Cups, Euros) for acquisition and retention.
  • Run ad hoc campaigns for cross-sells and sponsorship activations.
  • Manage communication tools (email, SMS, push, in-app) and content creation with creative team.
  • Keep Betway websites, app, and mobile site up to date and optimised.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal) to break down complex ideas.
  • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high-quality commitment.
