TL;DR
CRM Senior Specialist (SaaS): Creating and optimizing B2B CRM strategies to drive engagement and retention for partner clubs with an accent on lifecycle campaigns and data-driven segmentation. Focus on designing onboarding flows, optimizing CRM workflows in Braze/HubSpot, and enhancing product adoption for SaaS users.
Location: Hybrid / Remote. Preference for candidates located in Barcelona or Madrid.

What you will do
- Design, execute, and optimize B2B lifecycle campaigns from onboarding and activation to retention.
- Create precise audience segments using club data to develop tailored communication strategies.
- Track and analyze CRM campaign performance to provide actionable insights for engagement.
- Collaborate with Acquisition, Customer Success, Product, and Regional teams to align strategies.
- Develop compelling CRM content, including emails and in-app messages, to drive product adoption.
- Implement loyalty programs and educational content to maximize the value clubs derive from the platform.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics and translate them into insights.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, or Braze.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Braze Certification.
- Location in Barcelona or Madrid.
- Passion for racket sports or familiarity with the padel/tennis industry.
- Previous experience working with SaaS platforms.
